About Author

Prof. Bhujendra Nath Panda is former Head & Dean of Research at Regional Institute of Education, NCERT, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. His areas of specialization are Teacher Education, Research Methodology, Assessment and Programme Evaluation, Tribal Education, Psychology of Education etc. He taught for 38 years in many notable institutions including Utkal, Arunachal and Kurukshetra Universities. Prof. Panda’s international exposure includes visits to Norway, Bangkok, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Canada.

Dr. Dipak Bhattacharya is Assistant Professor of Education in Dukhulal Nibaran Chandra College, Murshidabad, West Bengal. He is former Lecturer at Radhanagar Government P.T.T.I., Howrah, West Bengal. He has to his credit number of articles and research papers published in different UGC Care Listed, Peer-Reviewed and Refereed Journals at National and International Level. He is recipient of ‘International Icon Award’, 2023 from Advanced Growth Learning, Varanasi; ‘Young Achiever Award, 2023’ from Institute of Researchers, Wayanad, Kerala, India.

Dr. Sanjukta Sahoo is Assistant Professor in B.Ed. Department, Bhagabati Devi P.T.T.I., Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal. She has published a number of articles, research papers in various UGC Care Listed, Peer-Reviewed and Refereed Journals of National and International Repute. She has presented a number of papers in national and international seminars and conferences.
