About Author

Dr Aerum Khan is Associate Professor in the Department of TT & NFE (IASE), Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has worked with the Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT, New Delhi for many years.

Prof. Jasim Ahmad is  in the Department of TT & NFE (IASE), Faculty of Education, and Director, Centre for Distance and Online Education, Jamia Millia Islamia. He has a teaching and research experience of more than twenty-three years.
